Entering this culture as a young leader can bring extraordinary opportunities, as well as many expected and unexpected challenges. Here we will discuss strategies to communicate to others that can help establish yourself while recognizing and overcoming prior biases that some may have about youth in leadership

Biography
Raised in South Dakota and educated in Minnesota, Cody began his career working with small and mid-sized orthopedic companies to build out and develop effective culture, teams, and strategies to ensure reliable, organic growth. After moving to Massachusetts in 2020, he started a new challenge and is now the Administrator for Cape Cod Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, an established multi-site practice with > 100 employees. Working with start-ups early in his career impressed on him how critical culture is to an organization's success, especially when resources are tight.
