This is a session I have been working on for a few years. There are certain traits we ascribe to leaders, and even in 2022, physical presence is one of those historical biases that carries forward. Americans chose the taller candidate to be president in 22 of the last 25 elections, all of whom were taller than 6 feet. Sir Isaac Newton stated that innovation comes from "standing on the shoulders of giants. And the great Randy Newman even went so far as to state that people like me lack reason to LIVE!. I am here to give all of our vertically challenged leaders assurance that you can still thrive and stand tall in a crowd, even if your feet don't touch the ground when sitting on the barstool!

Biography
Jarett Landman is the Vice President of Operations for Spire Orthopedic Partners, a growing, PE backed orthopedic platform with affiliates in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Leading the Massachusetts market, Mr. Landman has been influential in managing business strategy, operations, and integration for Sports Medicine North, The Orthopedic Surgical Center of the North Shore, and Orthopedic Surgical Associates, all high performing groups within the network. With Master's degrees from both Boston University MBA program and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine PA program, Mr. Landman has a unique understanding of the clinical and administrative hurdles facing Orthopedic practices.
