Can/Will your team get any work done from home?
8:30 AM - 9:15 AM EDT
How can we adjust our historical thinking from managing people to managing workflow, to ensure that a work from home program has a chance for success. What roles can be performed in a work from home setting? What considerations must we make before shifting employees home, permanently? How do you stay connected and communicate effectively? Why would I even consider such madness? In this ever changing world of employee's taking control of their own work life, work from home positions could be a practice saver. Walk with me through the thought process, planning, implementation, and review of my decision to push approximately 30% of my workforce out of the office, and into their homes - including the good, the bad, and the ugly.
