Fierce Feedback and Tough Love

Out of respect for our most valuable resource, no employee should be surprised when they are terminated for a long-term issue or behavior. A supervisor has a duty to employees and the organization to communicate about problematic topics before they morph into bigger problems or cause others to leave.
