Leveraging Patient Satisfaction and Outcomes Data in Orthopedic Practices
2:45 PM - 3:45 PM EDT
Patient satisfaction. Patient Reported Outcomes. Benchmarking. Data Analytics. The demand for data, from physicians, patients, insurers, and the government continues to increase. The ability to capture that data and compare individual practice and provider results to national orthopedic benchmarks is essential for practices seeking to remain independent and for hospital and university practices working to meet and exceed regulatory requirements. In this session, we will assess the multiple pathways for collecting data in AAOE Empower, including sending surveys directly to patients, transferring data collected by other survey providers, and automating the survey delivery process. An examination of the powerful insights that can be achieved by looking across satisfaction, outcome, and operational metrics will also be conducted.
