Biography
After a successful knee surgery at Advanced Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in 2008, Krista decided it might be a great place to work as well. She started at the therapy front desk and 2 years later was managing the therapy front office and serving as DME Coordinator. In 2015, she accepted the Ancillary Services Manager role. Along the way, she earned her Master’s in Health Education, helped in navigating new office openings, renovations and therapy growth. Krista has built efficient, data driven processes that balances patient care, compliance, and practice profitability and thrives on physician partnership to develop protocol-driven workflows.
