Charity Policy

The AAOE Annual Conference Council has chosen Give Kids the World Village as our charity for the 2023 Annual Conference.

 

Please see below for more information related to charity donations:

• Any and all money donated goes directly to the charity. 

• Shirts are not guaranteed as part of this year's charity donations.

• If shirts are provided, any donation of $25 or greater, a charity shirt will be provided on site in Orlando.

• If you are submitting a donation of $25 or greater, you will be asked to select your shirt size during registration.

• If AAOE must pivot to a virtual conference at any point, a shirt will not be sent, and any money donated will be sent to the charity and will not be refundable. 

 

Any donation made is final and no refunds will be given for charity items.
