Watauga Orthopedics has recently completed this 3+ year journey. Discover the metrics that we used to determine that this was a feasible project to pursue and walk through the building, design, unforeseen consequences, and the complexity of the entire process. Biography
Kim Wishon Marden is the Chief Executive Officer for Watauga Orthopaedics, a 20-physician orthopaedic practice located in Northeast Tennessee, for the last 15 years. She has been managing independent physician practices for over 27 years. Her experience includes sleep centers, ambulatory surgery centers and emergency room staffing. She is Certified and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She is currently a Board Member in the OrthoConnect and the past Treasurer/Board of Directors member for the American Association of Orthopaedic Executives. She has also served on numerous committees for the Medical Group Management Association.
