Speakers will present on a variety of topics in just five minutes, and their PowerPoint slides are timed to auto-advance to ensure they keep up!

AAOE has reserved a room block with discounted rates starting at $229 for conference attendees at the Hyatt Regency. To book your hotel room please register for the 2023 AAOE Annual Conference. Attendees can book their rooms now; exhibitors will be able to book after exhibitor staff registration opens by the end of January. After you register for the 2023 AAOE Annual Conference you will be provided with a link to "book housing".
Getting There
By Car
Valet Parking $40/overnight.
Self parking is complimentary for one car per occupied guest room if booked through housing link
Several national companies provide car rental service at the Orlando International Airport and Midway International Airport
Hotel Shuttle
Hyatt Regency Orlando does not offer a shuttle from Orlando International Airport. The easiest way to get around is Uber, Lyft, or taxi. Rides to and from the airport could cost between $25 and $40 each way.
