Bring your questions and be prepared to discuss the key elements of an effective strategic planning process and examine what has worked for other orthopedic practices.

Biography
Steve has been in healthcare administration for 44 years, holding senior executive positions within Medical Practices for over 36 years. Steve is a past member of the Board of Directors of MGMA, Past President for the Eastern Section of MGMA, Past President of Massachusetts / Rhode Island MGMA, and Past President of American Association of Orthopaedic Executives. Steve holds a BS in Health Administration and a Masters of Business Administration. For the past 22 years, Steve has been the CEO for Orthopaedic Specialty Group, PC, in Fairfield Connecticut and is a Principle of Medical Consultants of New England, LLC.
